Protecting your privacy is important to us, and we want you to understand how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide us on our website. We may use your e-mail address when we are confirming your internet order, or to ask you a question about your order if we have not been able to reach you by phone. You will not receive promotional materials from PerformancePistons by e-mail unless you specifically request that service, nor will we ever make your e-mail address available to any other company or organization.
Like many other websites, the PistonsOnline website may utilize a standard technology called a "cookie" to collect information about how our site is used. These are temporary cookies which will expire when you close your browser, and are only used to serve you better while you are using our site. Most web browsers can be configured to not accept cookies, or to notify you if a cookie is sent to you. We will never make it available to any other company or organization.
When Orders Ship
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of our receipt of your order. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday. If an item is on back order we will contact you by email within 24 hours.
We've taken every precaution to protect sensitive data sent over the Internet. All personal and credit card information entered on your order is transmitted in an encrypted form for your protection. Our site vendor, SquareSpace.com is fully PCI compliant; rest assured that your transaction on our site is completely secure.
Shipping and Handling Charges
For all domestic U.S. orders, PistonsOnline ships exclusively via UPS Ground; UPS Next Day Air is not offered. Currently, UPS Ground shipping is offered free of charge for orders over $149; a $10 shipping fee is charged for orders of $149 or less.
UPS Ground delivers in 3-7 days, depending on your zone.
All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service – Express International or Priority International. Prices vary depending on your location. Express International delivers in 4-7 days while Priority International delivers in 7-10 days.
Shipments Outside the U.S.
Funds must be in U.S. Currency.
Canada, Mexico – Orders must be placed using our special order form; shipping to Canadian and Mexican addresses is done via the United States Postal Service, Express/Priority International.
Brokerage, duty and other fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or pre-pay these charges. Please check with your government customs officials to find out how much these charges might be prior to ordering.
International – Customers outside the United States should email us to place an order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note the country in which you are located so that we can provide a complete quote, including estimated shipping charges.

We collect 8% sales tax for all orders with a billing address in Ohio.
PistonsOnline can accept returns under the following conditions:
1. You MUST first email PerformancePistons for approval at email@example.com. We will provide a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number to you within 24 hours of your email to us.
2. Requests for returns MUST be received within 30 days of our shipment date. PerformancePistons will not authorize returns that are requested after 30 days from the date of our shipment.
3. All parts returned must be in "as new" condition. Any parts that have been damaged OR installed will not be accepted for return.
4. Parts returned must be in original packaging; include a copy of your Packing Slip with the RGA number noted on it.
5. Returns will not be accepted without an approval number obtained in advance.
6. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for all returned parts.
Shipping charges for returned product and for exchanged product are the responsibility of the Customer. Any additional charges for exchanged product must be paid for in advance via credit card.

Returns and Exchanges
Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform your local carrier. Be sure to keep your original box and packing material. You must make claims for shipping damages to the delivery carrier within three days.
Most products are warranted against manufacturer defects for 90 days unless otherwise specified. Warranty is void if an item is altered, misused or installed improperly. PerformancePistons is not liable for any direct or indirect consequential damage of any kind.
